This will be refunded upon leaving the Club when all keys are returned to the Club. ____ I do plan to join as an Associate Member. I will not be issued a range Key nor have voting privileges. I may be asked to help at work parties; however, this is voluntary. I will pay dues of $25.00 per year. ____ I do plan to attend one-third of the total work parties as required by the Club; therefore, I plan to pay the Working Member dues of $100.00 per year ____ I do not plan to attend one-third of the total work parties as required by the Club; therefore, I plan to pay the Non-working Member dues of $200.00 per year. I hereby declare that I assume the risks incidental to the sport of Archery while shooting upon or in any indoor or outdoor range operated by the Club and waive any right to hold any individual member or the members as a whole liable for any damages sustained or injuries received by me while shooting on said ranges unless the damages sustained or received are directly caused by the gross negligence of an individual. In this event, the Club or other individual members thereof shall not be liable either individually or severally.
