Golden Arrow Archery Club, a nonprofit organization, will be hosting its 32nd annual “Holiday Tournament” at the Mid-America Center Arena in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This tournament will be held January 19, 20, and 21, 2007 during the River City Hunting & Fishing Expo. One hundred twenty-five plus exhibitors will be on hand for the 12,000 plus expected to attend. Activities in addition to the exhibitors include daily seminars, kids casting competition, video shooting arcade and kids archery range, to name a few.

Our goal is to provide an archery competition similar to a national event to give regional shooters an opportunity to showcase and improve their skills while experiencing the excitement of top level competition at a modest expense and less travel. This tournament is planned as a family event with competitive classes and activities for all ages. Entry into the tournament includes a weekend pass to the “River City Hunting & Fishing Expo.”

We offer both a trophy and a money division. By offering these levels of competition, we’re making an attempt to compete at the highest level in order to attract competitors from around the nation to our area. Our area has many local attractions to enjoy, as well as our friendly Midwest hospitality.
